Some consumers will only pay their debts when legal action is taken. The CBWW's in-house legal department will pursue legal action on behalf of our client when the circumstances warrant and only after receiving written authorization from the client. On approved accounts, CBWW will advance all court costs, service fees, and attorney fees.
CBWW charges fees only when the money is recovered from consumers. There are no upfront fees, and the cost of services is calculated on a contingency basis if we do not collect for our client, there is no charge.
